The fuse assembly machine is a fully automatic operating system for the complete mounting of fine wire fuses. Set up as an indexing table principle a rotating table with 36 receivers operates as a central tool carrier.
The fuse assembly machine produces fully automatic in-side soldered fine wire fuses of different dimensions. All variations from Ø 3,6 x 10 mm, Ø 4,5 x 16 mm, Ø 5,2 x 20 mm up to Ø 6,3 x 32 mm can be produced. The position of the wire fuse is diagonal or centrical straight.

Machine can be equipped with a hopper feeder and a level (fillstand) control system. Defective tubes are sorted out by a vacuum control system. The fuse wire insertion system is controlled by a step-by-step motor. To solder the caps a hot air soldering unit (3 possible adjustments) is used, it's temperature is electronically controlled.
The finished parts are tested in a cap pull-off force device and in a length measuring station. The electrical testing is done in a 4-point contact station. A sorting unit sorts "good" and "no good" fuses.
The high-risk danger zone is covered by a safety cabin.
Further options: sand filling station, resistance measuring bridge, solder ball station.
